Partner Enablement

Help distributors, integrators, and channel partners sell, deploy, and support your machine vision solutions

Your partners extend the reach of your business, but inconsistent technical knowledge and sales capability can slow growth and increase support demands. We work directly with your distributors, integrators, and solution providers to strengthen their understanding of your products, improve application discovery skills, and build confidence in deployment and support. The result is a more capable partner network that represents your brand effectively and operates more independently in the field.

Partner Enablement typically develops:

  • Product positioning and value messaging

  • Application discovery and qualification

  • Solution architecture fundamentals

  • Competitive positioning

  • Demo and proof-of-concept preparation

  • Deployment and commissioning fundamentals

  • Troubleshooting workflows

  • Best practices for customer engagement

  • Technical sales fundamentals

Sales Enablement

Drive sales by giving your salesforce the credibility that comes from deep industry knowledge and fundamental technical skills

Sales come from asking the right questions and building trust when providing answers. Our workshops develop both. We combine fundamental knowledge of the machine vision industry with your company's specific products and sales strategies. Learners will be evaluated on their ability to create a targeted pitch, focus on value props during simulated Q&As, and of course demo your products.

Sales Enablement typically develops:

  • Asking the right questions to clients to match products and solutions to needs

  • Bringing the conversation back to business value and ROI

  • Explaining the general interaction of a machine vision ecosystem

  • Identifying rule-based vs deep learning opportunities

  • Creating and delivering a custom pitch deck

  • Delivering demos that focus on customer needs and solution strengths

Customer Enablement

Hands-on workshops designed to help operators, technicians, and engineers confidently use and maintain deployed systems

Once you’ve commissioned your machine vision solution at the customer’s site, you’ll need to ensure they can operate and support your hard work. We’ll master the operation and maintenance of your solution and present it to your customers at their speed and at their convenience.

Customer Enablement typically develops:

  • Operating the deployed solution

  • Troubleshooting basic problems

  • Performing routine maintenance

Next Steps and Program Structure

Our programs are grounded in adult learning theories and over a decade of experience in the machine vision industry

Our enablement programs are designed to fill the skill gaps that are wasting money and leaving opportunities on the table. That’s why the first step is a thorough gap analysis. This gap analysis prioritizes the missing skills costing you the most and defines the KPIs that demonstrate the gaps have been filled.

Skill gap assessments ideally include:

  • Identifying and classifying learners, typically into sales and technical roles

  • Interviewing learners and their managers to define roles and KPIs

  • Observing top performers to define best practices

  • Delivering an enablement plan for approval

What’s typically in the enablement programs?

Workshops are central to our enablement programs but are only a component. It’s easy to learn and then forget a skill, so retention is key. You need people who can do the job just as well three days and three months after training. In addition to workshops, we have tools and services that promote long-term retention and application of the target skills.

Enablement programs ideally include:

  • Content and activities tailored to job function, typically a sales track and technical track

  • Workshop(s) with half-day to multiple-day long sessions, typically in a classroom, lab, or live facility

  • Recuring one-on-one coaching and reinforcement

  • Traing-the-trainer

  • Job aid creation
